Xeo Lye, Lead Designer
Xeo is the creative geek behind the games produced by Capital Gains Studio. Other than spending the last decade managing money in the crazy financial world, he also co-authored a best-selling book "5 Elements Of Successful Investors" and is the editor of award winning blog "SG Unfit Runners". He has been invited as a speaker by public institution and private corporations and is featured on various media around the region.
During his free time, he will huddle in his blanket and consume insane amount of manga, anime and video games. He can be lured out of his room by board games and savory snacks ..... and sushi.....
Sam Chang, Operations Director
An avid runner and swimmer, Sam is our hotbod daddy who loves reading and traveling.
With more than 10 years of experience in global financial institutions, Sam has assumed country and regional roles with exposure to a wide range of cross-functional initiatives like new products, compliance and digitization of processes.
Sam strongly believes in the huge opportunities available to simplify financial investing and learning. He is instrumental to roadmapping and executing the digitization of the games.
Ashley Woo, Training Director
An accomplished MOE approved trainer in education specializing in Design Thinking, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Ashley also has 14 years of industrial experience in managing Environment, Health and Safety and international trade compliance within Asia Pacific region.
Ashley is one of the coolest mums you can ever find. Besides being an avid runner in a running club, Ashley believes in education and wellness of children. Not only does she coach teenages, Ashley volunteers at schools to teach the underprivileged during her free time.
Yvonne Lai, Account Manager
An avid runner, a food lover and a nature lover, Yvonne is in charge of formulating marketing, distribution and public relation strategies.
Graduated from NUS Business School with a dean's list, Yvonne began her entreprenuer journey while helping to develop the first edition of Wongamania while still in school. She took the leap of faith to join a start-up instead of a stable banking career and is now well sought after for her experiences in product develpment, brand management, distribution, marketing and public relations.
Chia Chong You, Project Manager
Chong You is in charge of finance, procurement and supply chain management within Capital Gains Studio. He helps us navigate the tricky waters of working with offshore manufacturers and suppliers.
A penultimate student at Singapore Management University, Chong You is currently pursing his Bachelor of Accountancy degree with a Second Major in Finance. He is also a very sporty individual and has achieved multiple awards and trophies during his 10-year competitive basketball experience, since primary school.
Shawn Chan, Brand Manager
A video game enthusiast at heart, Shawn is in charge of customer relations, e-commerce and distributor support for the Wongamania franchise.
Shawn has recently completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and is working as an auditor . Shawn is no stranger to public speaking and has assumed leadership roles during his younger days. He was student conductor to different choirs and had led them to their maiden Gold (with honours) awards at the Singapore Youth Festival.
